Refund Policy

WELFON shall use its best efforts to ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and the customer wished for return or/and refund, please notify us by contacting via Phone Call/ WhatsApp at +603 8602 3726 / +603 8602 3728 or email us at customercare@welfon.com.my.

We will investigate and contact our customer within Seven (7) Days and direct the customer of the procedures in respect of the return of products and exchange or refund upon verification. The customer is required to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.

Welfon Telecommunication Sdn Bhd reserved the right to deny/reject any returned item(s) if below mentioned criteria are not met or returning without any instruction from us. Returns should only be made after our consent. All discrepency of order is required to be reported to us within Five (5) days after receiving the products, any report after the said days will not be entertained.
 

Return or/and Refund will only be accepted for the following reasons:

1. Items delivered in damaged or defective condition; or

2. Wrong item (model/color/specification) delivered, which is different from the order

 
Please note that change of mind is not acceptable. Refunds or exchanges will not be entertained if the reason is simply because you want to change color, specifications, or change to other model, or wrong quantity purchased. Customer is advised to review the order before making payment and confirmed the order. 

 
The return of a product does not automatically warrant for a refund. WELFON will inspect the returned products upon receive of the parcel. Product should be in full set and original packaging, invoice attached and it must not be used or damaged by the customer or courier service. If the criteria did not match, WELFON reserved the right to reject for the refund. WELFON will also not be responsible if the parcel is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the products, customer will received their refund within 7-21 days after the confirmation and depending on the payment methods.
