Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

📦 Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia):

🚚 Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over RM10,000.

🌎 International Shipping:
We ship to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Self Pick-Up (Optional)

You may choose to self-collect your order at our stores. (Please refer to our stores location for more information)

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order via the courier’s website.
