Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
📦 Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia):
Selangor / Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur: RM30 flat rate
🚚 Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over RM15,000.
🌎 International Shipping:
We do not ship outside of Malaysia.
Self Pick-Up (Optional)
You may choose to self-collect your order at our stores. (Please refer to our stores location for more information)
Pick-Up Hours:
[Monday - Sunday, 10am – 10pm]
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order via the courier’s website.
Shipping Issues & Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at customercare@welfon.com.my with your order number.
